Expressions of Interest

Health Administration - Certificate IV level

We are taking expressions of interest for a health administration course at a Certificate IV level. We are considering offering the 12-month course via one, three-hour virtual class per week. The course is ideal for people currently working in a health administration role and want to upskill or gain a qualification to reflect their skills. During the course you will learn essential skills for medical administration including patient record management, compliance with health and safety standards and complex word and excel skills. You will also learn communication skills and how to manage confidentiality and privacy. This course is free for students eligible for Skills First funding.
