There will be a club BBQ at Tower Hill (picnic area) on Tuesday 8th December 2009. It's a 6pm start, BYO everything. Alternative venue (in case of bad weather): Lake Pertobe BBQ area (Mini Golf end).
The next meeting will be on Tuesday February 9th 2010. At 7pm there will be a committee meeting followed at 7:30pm by the Club Night.
The normal venue for Club Nights is room F206 (WF3.46) or F207 (WF3.36) at South West TAFE. This is on the top floor of F Building (the building closest to Merri St).
Club nights are normally held on the second Tuesday of the month. Club nights are divided in two: a Committee meeting from 7-7:30pm (to which anyone can come if they really want to), followed by a General meeting starting at 7:30pm.

The deadline for the club newsletter is normally the last Tuesday of the month. This gives the editor time to finish the Newsletter on Wednesday and mail it out Thursday/Friday.
