Project brief
Your project is to acquire a facility for a new school holiday program.
Customer feedback, both verbal and from customer feedback forms, indicates
some clients would like a school holiday program for their children. FitWorks
needs to outsource a facility so as not to conflict with current timetables
and classes. Special programs should not interfere with current services and
the manager needs to plan for special needs.
You will need to collect information about:
- appropriate facilities in your area
- the kind of activities the holiday program will run
- any equipment needed to run the program
- legal requirements regarding health, safety and special needs of children participating.
