Alex: It’s becoming a real problem for me
in the gym. I’m having all the equipment serviced regularly,
but some of the more popular machines like the treadmills are breaking
down and I have to put them out of action and wait for a repair
person. The manual says they only need servicing every six months,
but with the sort of use they’re getting, I think they need
it more often.
Sherry: It’s the same with the café
and the vending machines. We’re running out of some things
before the suppliers are restocking.
Shirley: I’m a bit concerned about the water
quality in the pools, especially during that recent hot spell, with those
crowds day after day. Even though the system is automated, we just can’t
get the chlorine levels right. I worry about the pool vacuum cleaner too.
It's always breaking down. So far, we’ve had three pool closures
this summer.
Nell: I’ve certainly noticed there are
more complaints at the front desk these days. Just little comments
about cleanliness and drink machines not giving out change; those
sorts of things.
