Organise a meeting
The task of determining a suitable location for the new ValleyView office is complex and will require you to communicate with a wide range of people. You will most likely need to organise and manage a number of meetings, which will have different purposes.
The purpose of the first meeting will be to inform people about the project brief and your new role in the company. It will also be an opportunity to gather some initial information from relevant managers and stakeholders about office and location needs for their departments.
