Phil: What happens if there’s a spill, Dot? Wouldn’t the stuff get washed into the stormwater drain? Would that just go straight into the river?
Dorothy: We haven’t had an incident like that since I’ve been here, but we’d handle it by blocking it off with sandbags and then following the procedure for a cleanup. Of course, the cleanup procedure would depend on what the spill was.
