Operate a mixing/blending process

Introduction

This week, Phil is working in the Penguin Ice-Cream plant. He will be learning how to prepare for the process, operate the equipment and follow the shutdown procedure.

Follow the steps below to help Phil operate a mixing/blending process for ice-cream.

When you have completed all of these jobs, contact your trainer to discuss your assessment.
