Heading Title 1

Identifying areas for improvement

Phil finishes collecting the information about diversion systems for waste water. With the approval of Dorothy and his supervisor's approval, Phil makes a presentation to the company management.

The management team listens to Phil’s ideas. They agree that the plan is a good one and decide to form a committee to look into the idea further.

The company is really keen to hear other ideas from workers and has placed an environment suggestion box in the lunch room.

Since working in the waste treatment plant, Phil has learnt a great deal about the plant and about environment issues. He has quite a few ideas the company might be interested in.
