Monitor the implementation of occupational health and safety policies and procedures

Introduction

This week, Phil is working in the cheese cutting and packaging section of FPT Foods’ dairy division, Childers Cove Dairy Products. Phil will be learning more about how the company keeps its operations in line with legal requirements and ensures its workers have a safe work environment.

Follow the steps below to help Phil monitor the day-to-day implementation of OH&S policies and procedures.
