The establishment of the new ValleyView multimedia operation is a project that must be completed within tight timeframes. It’s important to get the new office up and running as soon as possible. To achieve the set objectives, the project team needs to perform at its best.

The team has clear goals, and there are benchmarks and timelines in place to measure progress. As Project Manager you will need to check the progress of individuals against these agreed targets. By doing this regularly, you will be able to ensure that the team is on track. You will also be able to identify any problems and rectify them early in the project.
