We will regularly conduct surveys and polls to obtain feedback and suggestions from students. When we ask you to participate, please help us - it will mean better service for you in future, and a better Institute for everyone.

Training Program Survey
We value your feedback and thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. Results from the survey enable us to improve our services to you.
Please complete the survey towards the end of your training program or as requested by your Teacher. The survey will take approximately 5 minutes and collated results will be forwarded to your Training Co-ordinator. Your feedback will remain confidential and provision of your name  is optional.
