Interlibrary Loans
Interlibrary loans is a
service used to access resources which are not available within the
Library but are needed for study or research purposes. This service is
only available to South West TAFE staff and students.
Items which can be obtained
include books, periodical articles, videos, conference proceedings and
reports. Complete periodical issues cannot be borrowed.
Before requesting an
Interlibrary loan:

Check if the item you
require is already available at the South West TAFE by searching
the Library

and students, also, have reciprocal borrowing rights at the Deakin
University Warrnambool Campus. On presentation of your student or
staff card you are able to borrow from the Deakin Warrnambool
collection. To see if the item you require is available there, search

Making a request
Fill in the appropriate form below to
make a request. If you are requesting a periodical article for the first
time you must fill in an electronic
declaration form.
Be aware that items
may take 10-14 days to receive and some items do come with a charge which
may be passed onto the requestor. You will be notified if a charge is
involved before the item is obtained.
