| If there are no spares in your
department, you can contact the LRC for replacements. They will be
charged to your department through the LRC. |

Notify the relevant Department manager. The

Send the item to the LRC Multimedia Officer,
with:
Warranty card (no warranty card means item can't be repaired under
warranty)
A signed requisition for $100 estimate (covers freight and cost of
providing a quote)

additional costs to actually fix the item. These will be added to the
requisition, and the Department manager alerted. |
| There may be
significant delays. Emergency backup from LRC or ICTS stock cannot be guaranteed. |

| It's broken. How do I get
it removed? |

Dispose of it yourself. (Keep the asset
