Advanced QuickSearch

The Advanced QuickSearch allows you to use keywords to search for items.

This is particularly useful because you don't need to know the complete title of an item or the full name of the author in order to find relevant resources.

The Advanced QuickSearch screen has four sections.

  • At the top of the search page is the window where the search word or phrase is entered.

  • Under the window are four search buttons (Authors, Titles, Subjects, All fields). These depend on the type of search you wish to do.

  • Below are the Search limits windows.

  • At the bottom of the screen are two buttons that enable you to view any previous searches.
