Searching the Library Catalogue

This tutorial will introduce you to the South West TAFE Library Catalogue.

On completion of this tutorial you will be able to:

• search the Advanced QuickSearch screen of the Catalogue
• identify the elements of a search screen
• perform Author, Title, Subject and All fields searches
• read Library Catalogue records
• locate items in the Library
• request titles
• renew loans online
• use Boolean operators and wildcards
• limit search results by date, language and material type.
