Understanding pregnancy in dairy cattle will assist dairy farmers develop strategies and plans to address low fertility within their herds. This training provides candidates with the skills and knowledge to determine cattle pregnancy and covers new techniques and products developed to address dairy cattle fertility issues.

    Course DescriptionHands-on tuition on how to break in your own horse, with an emphasis on handling practices. Under the guidance and support of John Patterson, an expert horse breaker and leading horseman, you will break in your horse and ride around an indoor arena when the horse is ready.   • Operate Quad Bikes and Side by Side Vehicles (Short Course)

    Course DescriptionQuad bikes (otherwise known as four-wheeled motorbikes) and side by side vehicles (otherwise known as ATVs) can pose significant safety risks if not operated properly. This course provides specialised training in the process of maintaining and operating quad bikes and side by side vehicles so you can minimise the safety risk, whilst making the most of your vehicle’s features. Operate Side by Side Utility Vehicles is offered as an optional additional unit to Operate Quad Bikes.
