Enrolling at South West TAFE

How do I apply?
Course information brochures have course specific information and explain how to apply for a course. Course brochures and information are available at the Customer Service Centre at each campus and on our website:

http://www.swtafe.vic.edu.au/Coursefinder/index.aspx

For all Diploma and Advanced Diploma courses you will be required to complete an Application Form which is available at www.swtafe.vic.edu.au; from the Course Coordinator, or from our Customer Service Centre on (03) 5564 8911.
If you are an International student then please contact our International Office on (03) 5564 8911.

How do I enrol?
You will need an enrolment form every time you enrol in a course at South West TAFE. Enrolment forms are available from the Course Coordinator or for short courses please contact the Customer Service Centre directly.

You will need to complete your enrolment form in full and for all courses (other than short courses) you must get your Course Coordinator to check and sign your enrolment form prior to enrolment occurring.

All enrolments are processed at our Customer Service Centres across our campuses. Most on campus courses are assigned a specific time and date for enrolments, you will be informed of this date when you receive your letter of offer or enrolment form. Alternatively please contact the Customer Service Centre to find out when your enrolment date and time is or to book an alternative appointment.

When you are ready to enrol, take your completed enrolment form, proof of id (preferably photo id such as a passport or drivers licence), payment and your healthcare/concession card if appropriate to a Customer Service Centre at any of our campuses.
