Overall Aim
If you are 18 or over and looking for employment in the hospitality industry, this short course will provide the basic training you need to obtain that first job. To enrol in this course, students must be 18 years or over and already have a Responsible Serving of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
Specific Objectives
This course will introduce participants to the equipment and products commonly used in the average bar operation and the skills required to operate and dispense these. It will also look at customer relations, cash register operation and the legal and moral obligations of people employed in the liquor industry.

Course Costs
$137.00
Full payment is required at the time of enrolment, which should be at least one week prior to course commencement. If course is cancelled due to insufficient enrolments a full refund will be made.
If a participant cancels, one week’s notice prior to course commencement date must be given for a full refund to be made.
