What is the GAIA Print Charger?

GAIA is a server based accounting system where clients pre pay for their printing.

 How does it work?

1. Credit your account at the SLC Service point, (Minimum $2.00) or the front office staff at Portland and Hamilton
2. When you print to the SLC printer 10 cents per page will be automatically deduced from your account
3. When your account is getting low you will be reminded to add additional credits to your account
4. All funds you add to your GAIA account are non refundable

1. You can collect your print jobs straight away
2. No waiting for change at the SLC Service point
3. Pay only once for multiple print jobs
4. Reduce paper and toner/ink wastage
5. Increase printer life

How to print
Printing with GAIA is the same as printing with any other system. 

1. Your can either click on the Print icon in the top menu bar or choose Print from the File pull down menu. 
   
   
2. The GAIA printer to which your print job will go to is already set as your default.
   
   
3. Collect your document from the printer
