How to apply

1. Select course preferences and ensure entry requirements are met.
   

2.

Complete all sections of the Application Form clearly in BLOCK letters and attach translated and certified copies of academic qualifications, English language assessment and a summary of any work experience.

 

 

3.

Attach a non-refundable application fee of A$100 by bank draft made out to South West Institute of TAFE. Alternatively, payment can be made by credit card by completing the relevant section on the Application Form.

 

 

4.

Return the Application Form and attachments by mail to:

English language requirements
Applicants must demonstrate English language competence for both study and visa application purposes.  Students from countries where the first language is not English must have an IELTS score of at least 5.5 (general or academic). The level of English competence required varies according to the course in which a student wishes to enrol.

Students have the right to access their personal information, subject to some exceptions allowed by Australian law.  Requests must be made in writing to the International Programs Office and for security reasons the Institute reserves the right to charge a fee for locating the information.
