Welcome to the Warrnambool Campus

Welcome to the Warrnambool campus of South West Institute of TAFE. We offer a wide range of educational courses available for study both on and off campus over the Moyne Shire and our four other campuses in the southwest region. There is diversity and support for people wanting to extend their education with a variety of courses, which cater to many learning needs. Study is available OnCampus, OffCampus as well as other flexible options.

Courses at Warrnambool

The Warrnambool campus offers a wide variety of innovative training and educational programs that have been implemented to support the needs of the industries and individuals of the local community.

Courses include agriculture, arts, automotive, building, business, child studies, conservation, Electrotechnology, engineering, general education, horticulture, hospitality, laboratory skills, liberal arts, massage, multimedia, music, nursing, plumbing, sport, tourism and welfare studies.

In addition to our On Campus courses, we also offer a wide range of Off Campus programs, as well as a range of Short Courses.
The campus boasts state-of-the-art facilities including Endeavors training restaurant and a fully equipped gymnasium. The Warrnambool campus is also home to Meat Training Australia (MTA), delivering specialist training in meat retailing and meat processing.

The building redevelopment project is now in its final stage and on completion will see the Department of Arts relocated back from the current Fletcher Jones site. Whether you want to develop existing skills and knowledge to support you in career advancement, or if you want to obtain new skills, South West TAFE has a variety of Courses designed to support you achieve your goals.
